As you may remember at the very beginning of the Tarot series Tarot is divided into 4 elements: water, air, earth, and fire. This is a theme that we will see in a lot of magic and mystical beliefs and it is a way that a lot of different practices are connected. Tarot and astrology are connected through these elements as well.
For a brief intro into astrology, there are 12 zodiac signs that can make up one’s birth chart. The most common thing that people focus on is the sun sign and we will talk next week about what this means.
This is the relations between the two elements
Those are the general associations between the signs and the tarot cards, but there are many cards that are directly associated with specific signs. These connections just add an extra layer of meaning to these cards as the astrology sign connects them to a higher energy.
